These baskets are a perfect addition to the cooler. The baskets keep food dry because it is up and away from the melting ice. The baskets also keep things neat. You can take the baskets out of the cooler and use them to keep your food organized. For example if you stay at a hotel with a refrigerator, you can easily move the food between the cooler and refrigerator. I did have to put some silicone tubing on the edges of the basket to keep them from rattling when transporting the cooler.
Very sturdy cooler for the price, held ice for a pretty good amount of time. Ultimately happy with my purchase.

Like Goldilocks, I’ve found this size Cobalt 25 to be just right. Not too big, not too small, just right for my needs.
We tried several different brands of coolers Big and small spent a lot of money but this one recently and it is the best yet keeps ice all weekend easy to maneuver convenient handles wheels work great quality build highly recommend
