Roto-molded coolers are manufactured using a very specific rotational mold process wherein we utilize high end molded plastic (Polyethylene) that creates a continuous and thick cooler wall. This roto-molding process, combined with our extra thick and uninterrupted layers of insulation, ensures that Blue Coolers will keep your ice, drinks, food and whatever else, cold and fresh for the maximum amount of time. Moreover, you will not find a more durable, bear-proof cooler on the market.
We are a growing primarily direct to consumer company with minimal overhead and no expensive marketing campaigns or celebrity endorsements. As a result, we are able to sell our high quality 10-day ice coolers at an affordable price to our consumers.

We accept all major forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept payments via PayPal and Amazon Pay. We also allow customers to split up the purchase into 4 equal installments through QuadPay.
We use FedEx ground for cooler shipments and occasionally UPS and USPS for smaller deliveries.
Due to the size of the coolers, we can ONLY ship your cooler to a physical address.
We ship all orders from our warehouses in Salt Lake City, Utah. We commit to processing and shipping your cooler within 48 business hours of you placing your order. Depending on where you live in the country, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 2-8 days from the date that you place your order.
If possible, we ship all units in one package. If the number of items exceeds our box sizes, multiple boxes will be used and shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking information.
From time to time we offer FREE shipping on limited-time promotions and product offerings. When we do offer FREE shipping it is ONLY for shipments within the continental United States (i.e. not including Alaska and Hawaii). We can ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. military addresses and internationally but additional charges may apply. To place an order outside of the continental U.S. please call us at 866-474-BLUE.
Typically, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email a few days after your initial order date. Even though your order may ship one day after your order it sometimes can take another 24 hours for FedEx and/or other shippers to provide us with a live tracking number so that we can update our system and send you the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you would like to only send an item to someone as a gift, just order, using THEIR customer and shipping info on the checkout page.
Blue Coolers offers a 100% satisfaction money back warranty for the first Ninety (90) days after purchase on all products sold (the “Initial Warranty”). Blue Coolers further warrants (the “Extended Warranty”) that every hard-sided cooler sold will be free from manufacturers defects in material, structure, and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of Five (5) years from the date of purchase. For soft-sided coolers and drinkware this Extended Warranty period is One (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty claims outside of the Initial Warranty Period, may be subject to restocking fees to cover the cost of shipping, handling and/or processing of the warranty request. Blue Coolers also reserves the right to attempt to fix or remedy products during the Extended Warranty Period before full replacement is prescribed. Finally, Blue Coolers will replace all functional and non-structural parts (e.g. rubber straps, logo sticker, rope handles, drain caps, chrome locking plates, hinges) for lifetime subject to a shipping
We are required by law to collect sales or other applicable taxes, based on the order’s shipping address.
