"We love these Blue 72 hour emergency kits. They are the perfect size, and they contain everything you need for 72 hours. Plus, there is plenty of room in case you want to add a few extra items.I definitely recommend these!"
Great quality, keeps ice over 2X longer than my Yeti Hopper Flip 18
Granted the Hopper 18 only weighs 5.1 lbs. vs 14.3 for the Cobalt 25, and the Hopper is easier to carry, but the Cobalt will keep ice for 2.5+ days with highs of ~73F, while the same amount of ice, food & wine in the Hopper lasts about 1 day. The latches are good quality and the Cobalt is much easier to open than the zippered Hopper. My only complaint about the Cobalt is that the handles rattle against the ends of the cooler loud enough to hear when it's riding in the back of my station wagon. This was a very minor issue and easily solved by adding a couple of stick-on clear rubber bumpers. I would definitely buy the Cobalt again.
It is probably too early for me to write a lengthy review of the Cobalt 55 but here's what I can share: I needed to find a robust, wheeled cooler to fit a specific cargo rack. The Cobalt 55 isn't the cheapest on the market but definitely not the most expensive. The cooler handle so far feels very strong and can handle the heavy load of a filled, roto-molded cooler. The wheels are performing great too, they are not like the flimsy kind found on cheaper brands and models. Blue Coolers does a great job marketing to families as their promotional videos are great! I hope I am able to still rate the cooler 5 stars, 5 years from now. Thanks again!
Kept our food & drinks cold at burning man. We kept it in the shade and raised above the ground. We did top off with ice every few days, but not much. – I recommend "white" because in tests that color stays cooler over time.
I use this cooler everyday at work like a mini refrigerator. The ice lasts forever, and I would put this cooler against any other cooler on the market! One of my favorite features is how easily the latches go on & off! I also bought the accessory package with the divider, basket, and light. It helps to get small fruits out of the icy water, and keep things more organized. Highly recommend this Cooler!!
This cooler is definitely worth buying. I used it on a camping trip recently and after 5 days of fairly warm weather, it still had ice that hadn’t melted.

Solid choice for desert camping!
I came to Blue after a 5 day trip to Moab where we camped 45 minutes from town. We literally had to drive to town and back every day for ice.
My new Ark 110 just did a 4 day desert trip, didn’t need any extra ice, and I left it packed until the day after we got home! No more ice stress for me! And I fully support the family background of this company! Respect!

I’ve had yeti’s and some other coolers this one is by far the one that surprised me the most !!
Really nice held light ice for a good little while. It’s got a nice separating place with the plate. It’s got a basket really good. I love the cupholder.
