Best cooler I've ever had

I'm a little disappointed.... I've used my cooler 3 times and so far the ice melts within a day. Really wanted and hoping this cooler could keep the ice for 3-4 days for when we go camping.

Took 2 coolers camping, my Blue 60qt and an equally sized igloo. After 2 days the beer in my blue cooler was the only one that was cold. Went with 3 different families and the blue was the clear winner.

I'm not at all happy with this cooler. It doesn't come close to holding ice as long as my Ninja cooler. I inquired to your support and was told to pre-cool the cooler (whatever that means) and take up unused space with newspaper or towels. I have never heard of anything like that, nor have I had to do that with any other cooler that I own. It's a shame that this didn't meet my expectations as much as it cost. I wanted to return it but was told to do the things above. I will never by another cooler from you!
