Went on a weeklong camping trip in Gulf Shores, Alabama with temps in the high 90s every day for the entire week. The cooler didn’t hold ice for 10 days, but it did hold ice for five days which was impressive, and it sat in the back of my truck in the sun the entire time. The cooler arrived with the handle damaged, I emailed the company and they shipped me out a replacement very quickly. This thing is massive and well built. I’m satisfied with my purchase and have zero regrets.

Nice cooler was about to buy a yeti but saw this one and all the accessories. First time using went on fishing trip all was good. When I got home rinse it out and open in front of my garage to air out. Two hours later went to put back in garage and notice a bulge in the lid on top. Figure it would go down in morning, checked again and still there. Must have came delaminated from foam. Have had time to call customer service about and see what can be done.

Okay, Everyone knows the cooler is the best, BUT, so is the staff.
The staff is great. We were leaving for a long cross country trip and the warehouse was out of coolers. My cooler would get to my house about on the day we were leaving. We might miss it. I asked if they could ship it to a different address ahead of us and they said they could. We were on the road and everything went sideways and we weren't going to get there. I called them from the road and asked if they could change that delivery address a third time. They did and it found us on the other side of the country. Great folks. Cool cooler.

Warranty claims outside of the Initial Warranty Period, may be subject to restocking fees to cover the cost of shipping, handling and/or processing of the warranty request. Blue Coolers also reserves the right to attempt to fix or remedy products during the Extended Warranty Period before full replacement is prescribed. Finally, Blue Coolers will replace all functional and non-structural parts (e.g. rubber straps, logo sticker, rope handles, drain caps, chrome locking plates, hinges) for lifetime subject to a shipping and handling fee. A restocking fee of ten percent (10%) may apply on any return during either the Initial Warranty or Extended Warranty periods.
