I finally found an interior cooler light that met and exceeded my expectations after a national brand discontinued their interior cooler lights. In my opinion, it is the best interior cooler light on the market.

The construction of a Blue 60 is solid, the claim of holding ice for 10days is overstated. Placed 15lbs. of Ice for a 4 day trip, had less than 2lb.s remaining upon return. Ordered the Lid Pad for the top of cooler, it came bent and wouldn't adhere to cooler. Unlikely to purchase Blue Coolers in the future.

So I purchased a Blue Cooler to replace a 65 quart cooler I had from another Yeti competitor that I thought was really good. My Two state hunt could possibly allow me three mule deer so i wanted to be prepared. I put 1 gallon bottles of frozen water in blue cooler and departed on a Thursday, By Tuesday some bottles were removed and the mule deer quarters and good meat were put in and got a chance to refreeze bottles overnight in Wyoming. I then departed Wednesday for Idaho, locked the freezer and left the cooler in the back of my Truck for 13 more days before I flew out of the back country, drove home to California and then open said cooler and found meat perfectly aged and water bottles that had maybe 1/2” of water around them. I was stunned. Precooling the cooler was real helpful. Weather below freezing does help but I am so happy that the stolen cooler eventually ended up in me taking Gritty’s podcast to heart. Purchasing a cooler that really performed well.

Outperformed my yeti and canyon. Ample room for 2.5 coues deer or 1 bear, super happy with this purcahse and the quality of cooler. Would really love to see a 120-150 qt!
